Due to the nature of our products — including jewelry and home fragrance — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Local Pickup Orders
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Once an item has left our pickup location, it is considered accepted.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Gift Items
Items received as gifts are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.
