Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Local Pickup – Hernando, MS
Live nearby? Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to pick up your order in Hernando, Mississippi.
• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 24–48 hours).
• Pickup instructions and exact location will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
