How to Order

Please include the following in the personalization box when placing your order:

• Player’s name
• Team name
• Team colors
• Event or year (if desired)
• Logo or mascot (send via message if not shown)

Please message me before ordering if you would like a custom logo or mascot. I will create a proof for your approval.

Because each item is custom made, please double-check all spelling before submitting your order.
